I was left speechless by their noodles. They have mostly classic recipes on their menu and the food came quick! The staff were attentive but casual, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. They did not reinvent the wheel, but it seems they have perfected it. I fell in love with the texture of the noodles and was amazed at their length! ( as seen in pic 2) the chili oil noodles were so delicious I dreamt about them that night.

Clean decor. Perry good service. The noodles were standard. Nothing terrible but nothing to write home about. Tried the jajang - flavor 1 dimensional and salty. The cold noodles were pretty good with the sesame sauce. Bouncy texture that we enjoyed. The original soupy noodle dish they are known for was ok. Had interesting medicinal taste but the broth seemed very thin and watered down. The texture of the noodles were...standard. We just got the regular noodles but maybe we were supposed to select another? Food was alright. Can't give less than 4 because really nothing was wrong with it. Just wasn't all that exciting

Great good and cozy clean place. Loving the different noodle sizes to choose from. I liken the chewiness of thicker noodles like the knife shaved noodles back in Taiwan and the large flat noodles are reminiscent. While it is not as Q (chewy) as knife shaved, it was still enjoyable. Later on I had the noodle when it was cold and the noodle lost more of its firmness. The noodles here are best enjoyed fresh! Spicy wontons were top notch as well. The size was large and appropriate compared to some dinky wonton fillings I've had in places here in Sacramento (Yang Kee Dumplings). Liang pi noodles were great as well and at a discount of $4.99 on a Sunday! Prices went back up on Monday so maybe go on the weekends for more deals? Looking forward to bringing my parents here when they come to Bay Area to visit

I still have dreams of their chili oil noodles. In general, I think this restaurant is more focused on food rather than service, so I'd describe it as more casual! I tried their chili oil noodles, dry pork noodles, and their cucumber salad. I'd say their dry noodles and cucumber salad is okay (above average but not my favorite in the Bay), but their chili oil noodles are sooooo good. One thing I really like is the fact that you can easily customize the noodle size. I love fat and thick noodles and they have many options. I personally have never seen their 'belt' noodle (the widest noodle option they have) at any other restaurant before and it was very interesting to try! Pricewise, it is very affordable! You can get a good sized appetizer for less than $5 so it's a good place to check out if you're on a budget.
